Support
Start with the import preflight message: it identifies unsupported containers, codecs, preview limitations, and resource pressure. For export failures, try the alternate format or a smaller resolution before converting the source media.
Project recovery
If media is missing after reload, open Projects and relink the original files with the same filenames. Portable project files preserve edits but intentionally do not contain media.
Export reliability
Keep the tab open during export. On browsers with direct-to-disk support, choose a destination to avoid holding the finished file in memory.
